wondering why the company didn't mention "must have CSR experience" in the job spec?!

My main interest and spiritual inquiry is about that nexus point of where spirituality and consciousness, activism and social change, change management/organisational development and ecology meet.  The last two may sound odd but my background is in change management and OD and it strikes me that the principles within these disciplines are wholly congruent with creating non-violent change in society a la Gandhi and MLK.  Only difference between a large organisation and society in essence is that an organisation has a clear definition of its boundaries and a clear hierarchy.  I am sure those little obstacles can be got around ;))))).

Anyway, I am just musing now…will probably write something more interesting when I have got something to say!
